Here is how it works:

1. Place your order using the form to the right.

2. Once approved, an invoice will be emailed to you at the email address you provide.

3. Pay the balance online using your credit card.

4. Receive your order at your chosen shipping address.

Once we receive your order request, it will be reviewed by Dr. Theirl. Some order restrictions apply based on clinical information.  Should any item be out of stock or discontinued, we will notify you as soon as possible before processing the rest of the order.
